Ashley Hutchison
Chief Executive Officer
Ashley Hutchison is the Chief Executive Officer of Accelera, a nationwide managed IT and AI services company. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a liberal arts degree from Calvin University.
Ashley has led technology strategy, marketing, and operations across telecom, managed IT, and software services organizations since 2009. At Accelera, he has driven the company's expansion from a regional IT provider to a national firm — and personally architected and built Caleb, Accelera's AI operating system for businesses, which runs in production inside Accelera today.
His work sits at the intersection of business strategy and emerging technology — with a particular focus on deploying AI responsibly, practically, and in ways that create genuine value for the organizations that depend on it.
In his personal life, Ashley enjoys spending time with his wife, Chilah, and their five children.
Chilah Hutchison
Chief Financial Officer
Chilah Hutchison serves as Chief Financial Officer at Accelera, where she oversees financial strategy and ensures sustainable growth across all facets of the company. She holds a degree in Business Administration and brings extensive experience in accounting, tax practices, human resources, and financial information systems.
A successful entrepreneur in her own right, Chilah's background gives her a unique perspective on managing complex financial landscapes — translating directly into the discipline and clarity that underpins Accelera's financial operations and long-term investment decisions.
Outside of work, Chilah is passionate about family life, community involvement, and the pursuits that keep her inspired.
Adam Vosburg
Chief Technology Officer
Adam Vosburg serves as Chief Technology Officer at Accelera, leading the company's technology strategy and playing a central role in its Technology Alignment process. Adam is CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certified, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems management.
Adam's work focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions — conducting comprehensive technology reviews, driving strategic planning, and ensuring that Accelera's clients have IT infrastructure that is optimized, secure, and aligned to where their business is going.
Outside of work, Adam is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, mountain biking, and spending time with his family.
